Lactose is a type of sugar mainly found in milk and dairy products. It’s a common digestive problem where the body is not able to digest lactose.
If you experience bloating, stomach cramps, nausea, wind or diarrhea after consuming any of the food or drink sources listed below you may have a sensitivity to lactose.
